The judgment of the case pointed out that the father and the mother divorced in September 2023, and the two had twin children (a boy and a girl). After the divorce, the mother obtained parental rights, but there was an agreement that the children would live temporarily at the father's residence during winter and summer vacations.

During the winter vacation in January 2025, the mother asked her daughter via LINE, "Will she go back to live with her father?" The daughter had no intention of going. The verdict stated that during the summer vacation in August 2024, the daughter came to live temporarily at her father's residence. One night around 9 or 10 o'clock, the father first entered the bathroom on the first floor. When his daughter entered the bathroom to take a bath, he hugged her and sexually assaulted her on the toilet seat. The daughter was beaten severely by her father when she was young and did not dare to resist. The next day, the father invaded his daughter's room again and forcibly molested her for 20 minutes while she was sleeping.

After her daughter confided her affair to her mother, her mother took her to the hospital for an examination and found that there was indeed an old vaginal tear. However, the father denied committing any crime and argued that he only helped wash his hair and emphasized that his daughter should not take off her clothes.

The court heard that his younger brother, who lived with him, came to the court to explain that he heard a "sound that sounded like a play, but also like a cry for help" coming from the bathroom in the past two days.

The court held that the defendant, as a father, had forced sexual intercourse and forced molestation on his daughter who was under 14 years old. The incest behavior seriously harmed the child's body and mind and would also lead to the breakdown of family relations, so he was extremely blameworthy. He denied it from the beginning, did not ask for forgiveness or compensation, and had a bad attitude after committing the crime. He was sentenced to 10 years and eight months in prison.
