2024年底,为响应安徽省低空空域管理改革试点及合肥市打造“低空之城”的战略部署,落实邮政行业“无人化”应用场景试点要求,中国电信合肥分公司与合肥邮政正式启动低空物流无人机航线的建设,共同打造“邮政物流低空航线”。
一条空中邮路的稳定运行,首先需要一套看不见的地面网络。中国电信为这条航线量身定制了5G低空专网,通过波束赋形与天线调整,实现5G信号对空全域覆盖。
“与地面通信不同,无人机需要把高清视频和飞行数据实时回传,对网络的需求主要是上行带宽。”中国电信相关负责人向记者表示,专网保证上行速率不低于25兆、传输时延小于50毫秒,飞行全程信号稳定、数据回传安全可靠。
除了稳定的5G网络外,还有一双数智化“眼睛”全程守护无人机起降。
在政务服务中心的起降点周边,架设着多路高清摄像头。这些摄像头接入中国电信的视联网平台,结合AI算法,能够全天候监测起降情况,自动识别起降区域可能发生的无关人员闯入、设备状态异常等情况,既有效保障了运营安全,也减轻了人员巡检的负担。此外,所有飞行数据则统一接入数据管理平台,实现了飞行过程的集中化管控和智能化调度。从通信到监控到调度,一条完整的数字化链路,让无人机“飞得起、看得见、管得住”。
目前,合肥已开通多条常态化运行的无人机“空中邮路”。“空中邮路”的价值,不止于速度的提升。对市民而言,上午在政务服务中心办理的证件,通过无人机赶中午的投递频次,当天下午就能送到手中。在城市交通层面,无人机绕开了地面拥堵,让“高效办成一件事”在运输环节落了地。而对于邮政行业,地面投递员和车辆得以从固定线路中解放出来,去服务周边更多区域。
工业和信息化部等5部门联合发布的《关于加强信息通信业能力建设 支撑低空基础设施发展的实施意见》提出,到2027年,全国低空公共航路地面移动通信网络覆盖率不低于90%,多元融合感知方案进一步完善成熟,低空导航服务水平持续提升,研制不少于10项信息类基础设施标准,面向城市治理、物流运输、文旅等领域形成一批典型低空应用场景。
