The funds will be distributed in three directions. Thus, almost 66 billion will be allocated to the “Family Mortgage” for the purchase of an apartment or house by parents and children. About 6 billion rubles are planned to be spent on Far Eastern mortgages and about 85 billion rubles are provided for subsidizing the interest rate on previously issued loans as part of the completed Preferential Mortgage program, Mishustin noted.
Federal financing will make it possible to fulfill obligations to banks in full, the head of government noted.
