In the Perm Territory, the investigation into the case of a 16-year-old resident of Pskov, who incited the murder of a schoolboy, has been completed

In the Perm Territory, investigators have completed a criminal investigation into a 16-year-old resident of Pskov, who decided to commit murder of people, including students of educational institutions in Russia, using a child. The Investigative Committee of Russia told Lenta.ru about this.

The minor is accused under Articles 30 and 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“attempted murder”). Her case has been sent to court for consideration on the merits.

According to investigators, in February the accused, sharing the ideas of the destructive youth movement, began corresponding with a 13-year-old resident of the city of Aleksandrovsk, Perm Territory. During the correspondence, the teenager gave him advice, recommendations and instructions on committing the murder of her peers. Under her influence, a schoolboy stabbed a classmate with a knife on February 19.

The criminal case against the 13-year-old was discontinued due to not reaching the age of criminal responsibility. By court decision, he was placed in a specialized closed educational institution.
