“An act of vandalism was recorded on the territory of the central cemetery of the village of Rodino: the graves of the SVO participants were damaged; flags were torn; flagpoles and metal structures were bent,” the head wrote on his page on the VKontakte social network.

Katamanov asked everyone who witnessed this act to report to the reception of the head of the district administration.
