The arbitration court upheld the recovery of 160.3 billion rubles from Google

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the lower court to recover about 160.3 billion rubles from Google Ireland Limited.

The appeals of Google Ireland Limited and the American Google International LLC were rejected.

MOSCOW, June 4 – RIA Novosti. The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal supported the lower court, which, at the request of the bankruptcy trustee of Google LLC, Valery Talyarovsky, recovered about 160.3 billion rubles from Google Ireland Limited, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the courtroom.

The court rejected the appeals of Google Ireland Limited and the American Google International LLC, the parent of Google, against the ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court issued in February.
