CJP leaders and other protesters were detained by the police during the protest in Delhi.
After being released from custody, Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) co-convenor Saurav Das alleged that he was 'kidnapped' by the police.
He has also expressed the fear of his phone being cloned.
Saurav Das alleged, "This is the government that has sent Nirav Modi and Vijay Mallya out of the country by boarding a flight, while we were picked up from inside the flight."
CJP leader Ashutosh Ranka said, "Narendra Modi is the most cowardly Prime Minister in the history of India so far."
These things were said during a press conference at Delhi Press Club at 2 pm after Abhijeet Deepke, co-convenor Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were released by the Magistrate Court on Sunday.
CJP founder Abhijeet Deepke was not in this press conference. After being released, Deepke told that he was returning to the village after the death of his grandmother.
According to CJP's legal head Ratna Singh, the three leaders have been released on the condition that they will not disturb the peace for one year.
Deepke, Ranka and Das were taken into custody on October 10 from the plane at Delhi airport.
'There is a possibility of our phone being cloned'
Accusing the central government of being detained on Saturday, Saurav Das said, "When we were kidnapped, no paperwork was done but the police came like mafia dons and took us away."
"Our phone has been forcibly confiscated. The phone was taken by the women police. But the phone was not taken by taking any legal action."
Saurav Das said, "I was kept in RKpuram, Ashutosh was taken to Ballabgarh and Abhijeet was also taken somewhere. When they took us, we asked that it is our fundamental right to talk to our lawyer."
"But we were told that there are no rights during detention. What brutality would the Delhi Police be doing to the protesters?"
He said, "Now we fear that what might have been done with our phone. We fear that our phone has been cloned. Tomorrow our phone will be cloned and presented as evidence."
What did Ranka and Ratna Singh tell?
Ranka said, "Only Modi, Shah and Delhi Police are doing the work of disturbing peace. We just want to protest peacefully at Jantar Mantar."
He said, "We will continue our protest until Gyanesh Kumar resigns."
Ratna Singh said- IB officers were after him.
CJP's legal affairs chief Ratna Singh accused Delhi Police of harassing the protesters and their families. He claimed that from Friday night to Saturday, policemen reached the volunteers' homes and threatened their parents.
Describing the government as scared, he alleged that the police was working on its instructions. He claimed that after reaching Delhi, Intelligence Bureau (IB) officials chased him.
According to him, the officers were after him as if he was a criminal.
Ratna Singh said, "Four policemen came to my apartment. They disturbed the people living with me by ringing the doorbell in the morning. Later, when I came out and was sitting in the car, suddenly four vehicles arrived. These vehicles surrounded me from both sides and took me into custody. I sat between four vehicles for nine hours in Jangpura. This caused trouble to all the residents of the area. The policemen kept saying again and again that they had received orders from above. 30 “35 officers came and said that either I would have to go to the detention center or remain under house arrest. How could they wrongfully detain us against our will?”
Earlier, on Sunday morning, the three CJP leaders were produced before the Executive Magistrate, where orders were given to release them.
All three were produced before the SEM Court, Delhi Cantt. The trio's lawyer Soutik Banerjee confirmed this and said that they can now go out from here.
"The magistrate has released all three on a bond of Rs 50,000 for a period of one year on the condition of good conduct and maintaining peace," Delhi Police said on Twitter.
Dhruv Rathi said- 'I was kidnapped'
Famous YouTuber Dhruv Rathi has alleged that the police had 'kidnapped' him and he was also injured.
Dhruv Rathi also clarified that he is an Indian citizen, during which he also showed his passport.
Dhruv Rathi released a video on social media and said, "I would like to clarify that this is my passport and I am an Indian citizen and will remain an Indian. It is a complete lie that I am a foreign passport holder and cannot participate in the protest. I am an Indian citizen and I have the same rights as any common citizen."
"On October 10, around 7 o'clock in the morning, I was sleeping in my bedroom and my mother wakes up in the morning and opens the door because there were a lot of people roaming outside. These people were not policemen but were in civilian clothes and they suddenly push them and enter the house. These people come into my bedroom and kidnap me. I am using the word kidnap here because this is not an arrest or detention. Detention would have happened if I had gone to the protest, arrest would have happened if a policeman had come, shown his uniform, name plate.
Rathi said, "When I came out of the house, I came to know that more than fifty people were standing there. Call them policemen or call them agency people. They dragged me like a criminal is taken away. I am also badly hurt. They put me in a jeep and took me to a police station, from there to another station. There is no video of this because they had snatched my phone. They did not even give me a lawyer or phone access. Almost. They kept me sitting for 22-23 hours."
"I would like to ask you a question. Have you ever heard of this happening in any democratic country, that a common citizen, who has not broken any law, who has only spoken for the truth and in the interest of the country, who has demanded a better Election Commission, is barged into his house, picked up from his bedroom, kidnapped? His parents are beaten up, manhandled and then taken away like this?"
"This does not happen in any democratic country. Narendra Modi has made this country a dictatorship. This is simply an unofficial emergency. 7 thousand people including CJP leaders were detained. These things happen in emergency and North Korea, now they are happening in our country."
He alleged, "These people have left at least fifteen people around me, who are keeping a watch on me. They have put me on an undeclared house arrest."
Rathi said, "I would like to tell Narendra Modi not to scare anyone so much that all fear goes away. Thanks to Sonam Wangchuk ji, she had warned the government about the hunger strike."
It is noteworthy that Dhruv Rathi, who was detained from Gurugram, was released by the police after a few hours.
