A nurse in Taichung was hit and crushed twice to death. The driver involved in the accident was transferred to police on suspicion of homicide.

A 38-year-old nurse surnamed Lin in Taichung was walking on Liuchuan East Road in the Western District at around 1 a.m. today when she was hit by a car driven by a man surnamed Lin (30 years old). Unexpectedly, Lin did not stop to seek medical attention, but turned around at the intersection of Minzu and drove back to the place where he was hit again. This caused Ms. Chen's head to be ruptured and she died tragically on the spot. Mr. Lin escaped after the accident. After calling the police, he surrendered to the police station at around 3 a.m. Mr. Lin was in a daze when he arrived at the case. However, he was found not to be driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was suspected of being afraid of crime and worried about high compensation in the future, so he was arrested for the second time.
