The Federation Council Committee supported the draft federal budget for three years

At a meeting on Monday, the Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets supported the draft federal budget for 2027 and for the planning period of 2028 and 2029, reports RIA Novosti correspondent.

The document was introduced by the government of the Russian Federation. Budget expenditures in 2027 are projected at 48.8 trillion rubles, revenues at 43.3 trillion. For 2028 and 2029, expenses are planned at 50.9 trillion rubles and 53.9 trillion, revenues - 45.8 trillion and 48.6 trillion, respectively. As a result, the budget deficit in 2027 is expected to be 2.2% of GDP, and in the next two years it will decrease to 1.9% of GDP.
