This year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army’s Long March. It is also the beginning of the “15th Five-Year Plan”. As a Marxist ruling party, our party has embarked on a magnificent journey spanning more than a hundred years, and is full of vigor and vitality. This edition launches a series of articles starting today to share with readers the source of strength for continued struggle.

The Long March is like a "red ribbon" engraved on the earth, marking an unparalleled feat. In this "unparalleled epic expedition", Guizhou was the province where the Red Army had the longest and most extensive activities and witnessed a great turning point.

When I visit Guizhou again in a special year, the red landmarks are shining brightly, and the red stories reflect the spirit. Looking back on the present and looking back on the past, the light of faith illuminates the road of forge ahead, which contains the secret of how a century-old party can stay young forever.

Looking back on the past, there is a strong sense of history. From Loushanguan to the Zunyi Conference site, from the Qian Zhuangfei Martyr Cemetery to the Sidu Chishui Memorial Hall... walking across the land of Guizhou and Guizhou, searching for the marks of the revolution, I deeply felt that "the red ribbon of the Long March was dyed with the blood of countless Red Army troops." Here, red is the most vivid undertone.

Looking at the present moment, I have a strong sense of the times. Today's Guizhou has beautiful scenery and convenient transportation. Nearly half of the top 100 high-speed bridges in the world are located here. "Computing and computing synergy" supports the growth rate of the digital economy, which has ranked among the top in the country for many years. Here, green contains the kinetic energy of "further forward".

Looking to the future and having an urgent sense of mission. To carry forward the spirit of the Zunyi Conference and promote the renewal of old revolutionary areas, we must not only seize the day and night, but also work for a long time. The cadres and masses we meet will be high-spirited and energetic. Here, confidence is golden, pregnant with harvest and hope.

There is faith in the heart and strength under the feet. What connects the past, present and future, and is immortal with time, is the firm belief and true belief of a political party that "even though tens of millions of people have left, I will go."

"Revolutionary ideals are higher than heaven." In the bloody battle on the Xiangjiang River, Chen Shuxiang led the "Desperate Defender Division" and was wounded and captured. He resolutely made his determination clear. During the battle at Loushanguan, Zhong Chibing was shot in the leg. He withstood three amputations with his tenacity and completed the Long March on one leg. According to estimates, an average of 4 Red Army soldiers fell every 1 kilometer traveled by the Central Red Army, and only 1 out of every 14 people reached northern Shaanxi. Why not be afraid of thousands of rivers and mountains, thousands of deaths and injuries? It was the unbreakable revolutionary faith and the firm belief in "following the Party" that supported the Red Army's great victory in the Long March.

Crossing the torrent of history and carrying out a great struggle with many new historical characteristics, the Communist Party of China has endured many difficulties and persevered, and has endured many dangers but remains determined. Whether in good times or bad, it has never wavered in its belief in Marxism. Therefore, it is invincible, invincible, and always full of strength.

The battle of victory and defeat depends on spiritual foresight. Xingye Road in Shanghai, Nanhu in Jiaxing, Jinggangshan, Zunyi, Yan'an, Daqing Oilfield, Hongqi Canal... each of these glorious coordinates embodies the struggle of countless people. Our party has built a splendid spiritual pedigree originating from the great founding spirit of the party. It can be called the most spiritual party and continues to broaden the spiritual channel that leads to national rejuvenation.

The power of the spirit travels through time and space and becomes an inexhaustible driving force for the great journey. Inspired by the great spirit, our party has overcome one obstacle after another and overcome one challenge after another. "To realize the Chinese dream, we must carry forward the Chinese spirit." Today, the national spirit with patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core complement each other, gathering powerful forces in the vast land of China.

Deeply embedded in the "youth factor", it has always won over young people, which is the youth code of the Communist Party of China. The 13 representatives who participated in the first session of the Party, with an average age of 28, achieved ground-breaking events. About 54% of the Long March team members are under the age of 24. They have been forged and tempered, and eventually "one can become ten, and ten can become hundreds." Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the proportion of new party members aged 35 and under has exceeded 80% every year. Since its founding, our party has always been full of youth and exuded youthful temperament.

In summer, many young students come to visit the Chinese Communist Party History Exhibition Hall. A middle school student lamented at the Long March exhibition area: "We will encounter difficulties on the new Long March, but if we think about the ancestors who sacrificed their lives for the revolution, there will be no obstacles that cannot be overcome." By consistently attracting and influencing young people, allowing youth to dialogue with faith, and leading the majority of young people to contribute their youthful strength on the new journey, our party will be able to maintain its vitality forever.

Know where you have been and where you will go. From the "Red Boat with One Leaf" to the "Majestic Giant Ship", history has given the answer and profoundly stated - "Belief in Marxism, belief in socialism and communism is the political soul of Communists and the spiritual pillar for Communists to withstand any test."
