DPP New Taipei mayor candidate and legislator Su Qiaohui attended two support parties in Pinglin and Shimen this morning (8th). Su Qiaohui said that New Taipei has the most diverse and abundant mountain and sea resources. In the future, she will lead the city government team to connect New Taipei through the "New Crown Coast" and "Diamond Mountain City" projects. Shanhai Resources reorganizes the transportation network, builds transport-friendly corridors, markets unique cultures such as trails, tea trails, mining trails, railways, old streets, etc., holds a national tea culture festival, and creates a New Taipei brand through cross-border cooperation, allowing more people to drink Pinglin’s good tea and see the beauty of Shimen’s mountains and sea.

Su Qiaohui recommended New Taipei City Councilmembers Chen Naiyu and Zheng Yuen, as well as New Taipei City Councilor candidates Chen Weiren and You Mingyan. She mentioned that the two current members have the most professional political performance in the parliament. They also pay more attention to culture, education, children's welfare, and reduce the care burden for parenting families in the long term. This is the welfare policy proposed by Zheng Yuen and Chen Naiyu. She hopes that they will be re-elected smoothly and continue to serve the citizens.

In addition, Su Qiaohui said that Chen Weiren and You Mingyan each have professional and complete experience, and they will become immediate combatants in the parliament immediately after taking office. Chen Weiren has a construction major and can help Pinglin's development and progress in the next 10 years. You Mingyan has many years of staff experience and works hard at the grassroots, and can become a good candidate for the second seat on the North Coast to speak out for the citizens.

Su Qiaohui said that although Pinglin is small and has a small population, it is the most united. Many people have been cultivating tea for generations. "Pinglin people know best how to take good care of the land." She looks forward to the opportunity to lead the city government team to organize a national tea culture festival, strive for central resources, and cooperate with the Pinglin Tea Museum to connect local tea farmers and hold international tea competitions to expand the international market for Pinglin tea. She also hopes that through cross-regional cooperation, more people can see Pinglin's tea culture and story.

Su Qiaohui pointed out that improving the quality of life of Pinglin people is her most important goal. In the future, she will not only promote the reconstruction of Pinglin Health Center, establish emergency rescue and observation bases in rural areas, and strengthen emergency treatment and evacuation capabilities. She will also seek an "ecological service value compensation mechanism" from the central government. She hopes to invest more resources to support tea farmers' friendly farming and soil and water conservation, and to ensure that Pinglin receives reasonable compensation for the long-term land use and industrial development restrictions it has undertaken to protect the water source of Feicui Reservoir.

Su Qiaohui mentioned that Shimen has the most beautiful mountain and sea scenery in New Taipei. In the future, through the "New Crown Coast" and "Diamond Mountain City" projects, New Taipei's mountain and sea resources will be connected, and all-vehicle-friendly corridors will be created. At the same time, the transportation network will be reorganized to provide more direct bus services to mature scenic spots on the north coast, so that tourists can travel with peace of mind whether they are bicycling, driving, or even walking. Accelerate the upgrade of Shimen Health Clinic, increase medical transportation service award and subsidy measures, and provide living allowances for medical staff at local health clinics and municipal hospitals, hoping to retain professional medical talents in the local area.
