Wu Zongxian throws out his political views on action and promises to stay in his hometown for one night every two months after being elected

Wu Zongxian, the Kuomintang candidate for Yilan County Mayor, stayed overnight in South Australia last night. He promised to promote "action governance" after taking office. He will live in his hometown at least once every two months, communicate face-to-face with the villagers, bring front-line voices into the county government, and do everything that can be solved one by one.

Wu Zongxian's campaign pointed out today (13th) that Wu Zongxian went to Jinyue Village in Nan'ao Township yesterday afternoon and pleaded with more than 200 aboriginal villagers. He pointed out that when he served in the New Taipei City Government in the past, he participated in the promotion of "action governance" and in the future as Yilan County Mayor, he will bring this model to Yilan.

Regarding medical issues, Wu Zongxian hopes to train young people and retirees to obtain nursing service qualifications at the cultural and health station, provide preliminary health services to the villagers, and also assist in registration and referral. At the same time, he hopes to integrate the capacity of the Happy Bus, medical tour bus, and local taxis so that a trip to the hospital will not be a burden on the villagers.

In terms of transportation, Wu Zongxian wants to promote elevated railways and rapid transit throughout Yilan County, making transportation between Nan'ao and other towns more convenient, making it easier for villagers to seek medical treatment, schooling, and life. In addition, the two original townships of Yilan County, Datong and Nan'ao, currently do not have public trusts, and they will definitely make up for them in the future to achieve the goal of one public trust for one township in the county.

Wu Zongxian emphasized that he actively discussed and cooperated with the heads of surrounding counties and cities to bring high-paying, low-pollution industries to Yilan, so that young people have the opportunity to stay and work in their hometowns. Regarding the issue of aboriginal reservations, Wu Zongxian promised to actively deal with it and help solve the problem from the legal aspect. If it involves the central government, he will vigorously fight for it and the Yilan County Government will do it immediately if it can be done.
