MOSCOW, September 25 - RIA Novosti. Soldiers from the crew of the heavy flamethrower system TOS-2 "Tosochka" of the radiation, chemical and biological defense unit of the "Center" group of troops destroyed the command post of the Armed Forces of Ukraine along with personnel in the Dobropolsky direction, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

It is noted that aerial reconnaissance assets identified an enemy command post set up in a forest area in the Dobropol direction.

“Having received the exact coordinates of the target, the TOS-2 “Tosochka” crew promptly moved to a firing position and fired a salvo of thermobaric shells. Thanks to the precise adjustment of the fire, the command post was covered with a salvo and completely destroyed along with the manpower and controls located there,” the report says.

After completing the task, the crew quickly changed their firing position and remained inaccessible to the enemy’s counter-battery fire, the Russian Defense Ministry clarified.
