They shot 2 people and ran away: The condition of the injured is critical

The incident took place around 06.30 in Camikebir District Şafak Street.

An unidentified person or persons got out of the car and opened fire with a gun at Mekin Çelik, who runs an entertainment venue in Kaleiçi, and Murat Yatkı, who runs a tattoo studio, for an unknown reason. Çelik and Yatkı, who were hit by bullets in various parts of their bodies, were seriously injured.

Upon notice, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. While Çelik, one of the injured people who was taken to Kuşadası State Hospital by ambulance, was taken into surgery; Yatkı was transferred to Aydın Adnan Menderes University Research Hospital. It was reported that the injured people's health condition remained serious.

The police launched an operation to identify and capture the suspect or suspects who escaped after the incident.
