In 2022, he was selected as a model civil servant by the Executive Yuan, and this year he was recognized with the Outstanding Contribution Award for Civil Servants.

He also promoted the upgrade of the fleet. In response to the disappearance of key parts supply sources, he updated the core avionics system and the entire aircraft wiring harness to improve flight safety and mission execution capabilities.
