The two not only called each other "cute", sent "love you", "wet again", "are you comfortable tonight" and hugging stickers, but also went to KTV to sing together. During the first trial, the wife and the soldier Xiao Wang argued that the husband first used his wife's photo to create an account on a dating software to create an impression of being single, and deceived Da Zhuang into spending 160,000 yuan to buy courses. However, the second-instance judge believed that the Google Maps timeline data was a "freely editable" digital record, and its authenticity was doubtful and could not be used as ironclad evidence of not traveling. As for the female coach, although there was a work record, but comparing the conversation between the two the next day with "Are you comfortable tonight?"

The judge combined the two people's LINE stickers and texts to show their love and create an ambiguous atmosphere, which has gone far beyond the boundaries of single refunds or ordinary social interactions, and is enough to destroy the complete happiness of a husband and wife's married life together. Taking into account the social and economic conditions of the husband and the female coach, who are both fitness coaches and a soldier with a monthly salary of 94,000 yuan, the original trial judged that the compensation of 200,000 yuan was appropriate.
