謝國樑說，因為空污的影響深遠，市民都受到影響，他昨晚和環保局、消防局召開視訊會議，討論後續的處理，將追究廠商相關責任，回收床墊委外廠商現場作業，極有可能有一些疏失，但還要專業的判斷，如確認疏失，會依違反空污法開單，最高裁罰500萬元，除究責外，也會跟廠商提出損害賠償。他今天下午總質詢結束，會到消防局與環保局慰問辛苦的同仁。
