Jixi City promotes cultural tourism brands and displays special food and products in the 2026 "Northeast Super League" finals

From October 4 to 6, the Jixi City cultural tourism promotion team entered the Dalian Barracuda Bay Stadium, focusing on displaying "Jixi good things" in the 2026 "Northeast Super League" finals city cultural tourism comprehensive promotion event, and promoting the "Landscape and Ink City·Taste Jixi" urban cultural tourism brand.

Jixi is located on the border between China and Russia. It has Xingkai Lake, the border lake between China and Russia, and the Ussuri River, the border river between China and Russia. It is the place where the "Ussuri Boat Song" is sung. It has unique delicacies such as spicy dishes, shaved noodles, and cold noodles. This event brings Jixi Cultural Tourism closer to Dalian citizens and people across the country through cultural performances, special exhibitions and sales, on-site tastings, and ticket stubs to benefit the people.

A special booth was set up at the event site for "Model City·Taste of Jixi". 12 merchants from Jixi showed up together with "black soil premium products" and "nine treasures and eighteen products" such as pre-packaged cold noodles, shaved noodles, perilla series products, Acanthopanax series tea drinks, sea buckthorn series, bear bile powder and deer product series.

Special delicacies such as shaved noodles, cold noodles, spicy dishes, etc. are made on site at the booth to attract Dalian citizens and foreign tourists to try them for free.

"It was my first time to eat perilla mooncakes. The taste was very different. The spicy vegetables and noodles looked very appetizing and I tasted them all. I have long heard that Northeastern food is delicious. I must go to see the scenery on the Sino-Russian border and feel the local folk customs." Lu Shilin, a tourist from Shanxi, said.

Performers dressed in Jixi's characteristic costumes explained Jixi's characteristic activities and scenic spots on the spot, and distributed "Hand-drawn Maps of Jixi" to tourists. Observation teams and cultural and tourism enthusiasts from Jixi also came to watch the game and feel the atmosphere of Northeastern football.

During the event, Jixi organized more than 40 special cultural performers to appear at the closing ceremony of the finals, performing "Xingkai Lake Winter Hunting Ballad" to further polish the "Xingkai Lake" cultural tourism business card. Jixi also used 10 Xingkai Lake pan-fried white fish as prizes for the event organizing committee's on-site lottery and live broadcast room lottery. With the help of the event's lottery, Jixi's special goodies were delivered to the spectators.
