活动现场,由宁波市经信局指导、宁波市节能协会牵头组建的“宁波市制造业绿色低碳一站式服务平台”正式发布。该平台汇聚国资公司、重点企业等24家核心主体,旨在为制造业绿色低碳改造提供一站式综合服务。
“在能源结构转型中,除了供应端的变化,更需要需求端去适应一系列系统性的调整。让任何一家企业‘单打独斗’去寻找最佳方案,难度都极大。”宁波市节能协会理事长胡长兴介绍,该平台旨在打通服务信息、项目方案、先进技术、工程落地、资金政策等全链条要素,为企业提供从专业咨询、诊断、集成、改造、认证到碳资产管理的全过程服务,解决企业不会转的难题。
此外,现场还发布了宁波市首批面向制造业的AI应用产品,涵盖视觉智能体、AI CAD、能源管理智能体、X-DAM数据中台、词元聚合网关平台、AI工业本体语义平台等。这批产品聚焦制造业节能降碳核心场景,以AI技术为驱动,为企业提供从设备运维、质量检测到能耗管理、研发设计的全链路绿色化解决方案。
对此,范济安结合案例进行了进一步解释。他表示,在传统制造场景中,每一次返工都意味着能源和原材料的巨大浪费。AI的价值正是通过高精度的计算,让生产“一步到位”。例如,浙江嘉兴一家电子元器件企业过去研发新产品时,每次测试与试生产周期长达25天,平均需耗时6个月至1年才能开发出一款满意的产品。如今企业通过AI优化工艺参数,不仅大幅缩短了生产周期,还避免了因质量不达标而反复试产,从源头上减少了能源消耗与污染排放。
作为制造业强市,宁波近年来聚力构建绿色制造体系,推进规上工业企业绿色化改造。截至目前,宁波累计完成规上工业企业绿色化改造8704家,覆盖率达84.4%。围绕能源低碳化、资源高效化、生产洁净化、产品绿色化、用地集约化“五化”要求,宁波建立绿色工厂梯度培育机制,累计建成国家级绿色工厂159家,数量居全国副省级城市首位。
