The 4th China Quality Journey·Qinghai Quality Journey and the 2026 Qinghai Province “Quality Month” event were held in Xining

China News Service, Xining, September 10 (Qi Zenbei) On September 10, the 4th China Quality Journey Qinghai Quality Journey and the 2026 Qinghai Province "Quality Month" on-site publicity event with the theme of "Enhancing basic quality technology capabilities and improving quality and safety assurance levels" was held in Xining City.

The "Qinghai Province Quality Situation Analysis Report in 2025" and typical cases of quality improvement in Qinghai Province were released at the event. The phased results of Xining City's new energy national hundred quality chain projects were announced, as well as the research results of wild and artificial identification technology of Cordyceps Sinensis.

At the same time, Haixi Prefecture's Delingha City and Xining City's Datong County interpreted the Blue Book of Innovation Pilot Cities in Quality Counties; Xining City and Kunming City, Haikou City, and Qionghai City Market Supervision Bureau signed online biopharmaceutical cross-regional quality chain linkage cooperation agreements to explore a new model of cross-provincial quality collaborative governance.

Liu Bo, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Qinghai Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, introduced that in recent years, Qinghai Province has incorporated the construction of a quality-strong province into the provincial development strategy, and has introduced a number of special policies to comprehensively improve the quality of products, projects, services and the environment. A quality work pattern with clean energy, salt lake industry, eco-tourism, organic agriculture and animal husbandry and green computing power as the pillars has accelerated to take shape.

It is reported that Qinghai Province's 2026 "Quality Month" has set up a total of 76 series of activities, focusing on the four major sectors of quality improvement, quality remediation, consumer rights protection, and quality publicity. Relying on quality infrastructure such as measurement, standards, inspection and testing, it will help upgrade plateau specialty industries and serve the development of new quality productivity.

In addition, Qinghai Province will carry out special rectification actions such as "Operation Iron Fist" and "Price Sword 2026" in the field of people's livelihood to crack down on infringement and counterfeiting; unblock 12315 channels to resolve consumer disputes; organize and carry out activities such as expert consultation in enterprises, exchange of QC results, and guidance of chief quality officers, and promote intellectual property protection, cultural tourism quality credit construction and other work.
