The 2026 China Security Expo was held. Experts suggested that security should “combine high and low levels and achieve three-dimensional prevention and control”

China News Service, Beijing, November 6 (Reporter Zhang Su) From November 3 to 6, the 2026 China International Public Security Products Expo (referred to as the "Security Expo") and the 3rd Intelligent and Security Industry Development Conference were held in Beijing.

The reporter learned from the China Security and Protection Products Industry Association that after 32 years of development since its inception in 1994, the Security Expo has become an important display and exchange platform for implementing the overall national security concept, strengthening technological empowerment, improving public security governance levels, and assisting national security system and capacity building.

The theme of this year's Security Expo is "Intelligent Engine Reshaping Security." Among them, "Smart Engine" focuses on the core driving role of large model technology in the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the security industry. "Reshaping security" responds to the new situation in which the security boundary expands to the virtual and real integration space, helps implement policy requirements, and points the way for intelligent innovation in the industry.

There were many highlights during the exhibition. For example, with the in-depth implementation of the "artificial intelligence +" strategy, Huawei, China Telecom and other companies have concentrated on displaying large-scale security models, special-purpose intelligence and other results to promote the large-scale practical application of technology.

Another example is to set up an embodied intelligence core exhibition area and build a real-life demonstration environment. Companies such as SDIC Intelligence and Yunshencheng showcase innovative solutions for robots in security patrols, explosion prevention and discharge, fire emergency and other scenarios. A pair of robotic arms can unscrew bottle caps and pick up potato chips, attracting many viewers.

Wang Nan, secretary-general of the China Security Products Industry Association, said in an interview that in the past, more security solved the problems of "eyes" and "ears", but now it increases the ability to move by enriching the "brain".

In the field of UAV countermeasures, many technologies have made new breakthroughs. During this exhibition, the low-altitude safety track was deeply explored, and many companies presented technical products such as low-altitude situation monitoring and drone countermeasures to build a solid foundation for low-altitude economic safety.

The newly upgraded "Metropolitan-level TDOA low-altitude refined management plan", which deploys UAV monitoring stations in a high-low combination of "upstairs stations + downstairs stations", has attracted widespread attention. Specifically, the "upstairs station" is deployed at a high point on the roof of the building, covering the drone flight area on the height line of the building. The "downstairs station" relies on urban ground infrastructure such as electric police poles and light poles to cover the monitoring of drone flight activities high above the building and offline.

"Two types of sites collaborate to form a high-low complementary grid-based sensing coverage, reduce detection blind spots in complex urban environments, and achieve high- and low-level continuous defense against low-altitude targets in urban airspace." Jiang Huajing, chairman of Tejin, said that he hopes that through grid-based sensing with high-low matching, the drone management model of "visible, discernible, accurate, and manageable" can be implemented in every corner of urban airspace.

It is worth mentioning that this year’s CPSE will also set up a “Global Procurement Living Room” for key overseas markets such as South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
