A post about mobile phone lock screen illustrations affecting emergency calls sparked heated discussion. The poster later clarified the fact, but the issue raised concerns about the built-in advertising function of the mobile phone system. The reporter found that the lock screen pictures of many mobile phone brands are turned on by default, the exit button is small and difficult to close, and the elderly are easily disturbed by advertisements when using them. In addition to lock screen pictures, advertisements are embedded in multiple locations in the mobile phone system. Regulatory authorities need to regulate mobile phone manufacturers’ behavior of bundling advertisements into the operating system.
