5. Not having any military service; Having completed military service, being deferred or exempt.

6. Since recruitment is made at the provincial and district level according to the type of service needed, the addresses of the candidates registered in the Address-Based Population Registration System are taken into account.

7. To meet the education requirements specified in the announcement as of the date of the announcement.

8. Candidates who do not meet the qualifications required for appointment, who make false or misleading statements, or who do not submit the requested documents within the required time, are not employed. Even if an appointment has been made, the appointment can be canceled if it is determined that the necessary conditions are not met.

9. Implementation of a four-month trial period for personnel to be recruited. The employment contracts of those who are found unsuccessful within this period can be terminated without waiting for the notice period and without paying compensation.

10. Candidates agree to work at night and in shifts, that they do not have any allergic conditions that prevent them from performing their duties, and to do other work assigned by the administration in accordance with their titles.

11. Certification that there is no physical, mental or spiritual health problem that prevents the continuous performance of the duty and that it is possible to work in hazardous jobs.
