Workplace murder in Van: Worker trapped under the rubble lost his life

A terrible incident occurred on the Kapıköy Border Gate route at around 16:00 yesterday.

According to the information obtained; During the infrastructure works of the new workplaces, a collapse occurred for an unknown reason. Construction worker Metin Güneş (42), father of four children, who was in the area during the work, was buried under the ground.

Upon notice, fire brigade, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. As a result of the work carried out by the teams, it was determined that Güneş, who was removed from the ground, lost his life.
