When will 2026 KYK Scholarship Applications Start? Application Process and Criteria Announced

The start date of 2026 KYK scholarship and education loan applications has not yet been announced by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, but compared to previous years, it will start via e-Government between the end of October and the first week of November. Applications will be made completely digitally and priority groups such as children of martyrs, disabled students, state boarding high school students, national athletes and YKS top 100 have been determined. While the scholarship is a non-refundable support, it imposes an obligation to pay the student loan.
