In the UK, doctors have noted an increase in cases of orthosomnia - an obsessive desire to achieve ideal sleep using trackers, which paradoxically worsens the quality of rest. Experts warn that sleep estimates from wearable devices often lack scientific basis and can be alarming even when the data is inaccurate. The real secret to good sleep is coolness, darkness, silence in the bedroom, morning light and a healthy lifestyle without fanaticism.

To receive a day off, you must submit an application and agree on a date with the employer, and a certificate of medical examination is required only if there is such a provision in the local regulation.
