A 21-year-old girl was kidnapped in Tver two weeks before her wedding. Baza reports this.

The girl was forced into a car on a street in the city center. The groom said that before the incident, she received threats because of their relationship.

The couple dated for about a year, and on August 12, the girl ran away from home to him. The reason, according to the young man, was beatings, threats, attempts to take away his phone and passport. After this, the couple left for Tver and decided to get married, scheduling the wedding for September 15. All this time, the relatives did not give up trying to return the girl, including threatening to kill her, because she had disgraced the honor of the family.

As a result, the relatives figured out the couple's new address in Tver, kept watch and knocked on the door. The girl called the rescue service with complaints.

On the day of the abduction, September 2, the girl went with the groom's grandmother to buy groceries. On the way back near the house, several men grabbed the bride by the arms and legs and loaded her into the car. The grandmother contacted the police. They established that the car in which the girl was taken away belonged to her relatives, but did not take any action to free her.
