The New Taipei City Labor Bureau and the New Taipei City Veterans Service will jointly hold an employment expo tomorrow (16th) from 10 am to 3 pm in the auditorium on the 6th floor of the city hall. 48 manufacturers including Nanya Technology, Panasonic, Din Tai Fung, Mos Burger, Zhujian Catering, Quanlian, Telewu, SF Express and Jujiang Computer will be gathered on site to provide more than 2,200 job opportunities.

Director of Labor Chen Ruijia said that with the Mid-Autumn Festival in September and the National Day holiday in October, people's consumption momentum has increased significantly, and the catering industry has ushered in a strong operating peak. It is also a golden period for various companies to replenish manpower. The catering, tourism and accommodation industry is the largest industry chain in this recruitment, accounting for 48% of the job vacancies.

Faced with the upcoming influx of people having dinner parties, leading catering companies such as Din Tai Fung, Zhengxian, Skylark International and Moss Burgers have opened over a hundred positions covering store reserve cadres, internal and external field service staff and timekeeping partners, and have offered salaries and benefits that are better than the market.

In terms of salary, Din Tai Fung is recruiting chefs with a monthly salary starting at 61K, Taipei Bus Transport (Capital Passenger Transport) is recruiting night shift professional bus drivers with a starting salary of 58K, and Nanjing Information is recruiting senior hardware R&D engineers with a starting salary of 55K.
