In order to cope with the high passenger flow, railways across the country have implemented peak operation charts to coordinate high-speed rail and normal-speed transportation resources. During peak hours, through the operation of additional passenger trains, reconnection of EMUs, and additional carriages on regular-speed trains, transportation capacity will be accurately deployed in popular areas, key lines, and peak travel periods.
Today, the National Railway Beijing Bureau expects to send 1.8 million passengers. Among them, the Beijing area is expected to send 920,000 passengers and arrive at 517,000 passengers. It is planned to add 102 pairs of passenger trains, mainly to Harbin, Shenyang and other directions.
The Yangtze River Delta Railway has seized the hot spot of tide watching travel and launched an exclusive train for tide watching on the Qiantang River for the first time this year. From yesterday (24th) to October 7, the C408/C407 EMU trains will be operated every day, and the ticket allocation at Haining West Station will be dynamically optimized for G7310, G9300, G1637, G7531 and other trains to adapt to passenger travel needs.
Today, the Zhengzhou Bureau of the State Railway has opened a total of 132 additional trains on the Beijing-Guangzhou, Longhai and other high-speed railway trunk lines, and opened 51 night high-speed trains. The Guangzhou-Zhanhan High-Speed Railway has launched a public-rail intermodal transport promotion. Passengers from Gaozhou, Xinyi, Lianjiang and Huazhou who choose high-speed rail combined with buses can enjoy a 20% discount on designated EMU tickets, and a minimum 30% off on intermodal bus fares.
Three tourist ticket products of the National Railway Chengdu Bureau have been upgraded and launched, covering 56 stations and increasing the number of optional travel sections to 229, providing passengers with more flexible travel options.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, the Qiongzhou Strait is expected to usher in a peak crossing period. A large number of self-driving passengers and tourists choose to travel between Qiong and Guangdong by boat. The local maritime affairs and port shipping departments dynamically studied the passenger flow trend during the holidays, allocated ro-ro passenger ship capacity, and made every effort to ease the cross-sea passenger flow.

According to predictions from the Hainan Maritime Safety Department, the Qiongzhou Strait ferry is expected to transport approximately 100,000 passengers to and from Hainan Island during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday.
