A 24-year-old man surnamed Chen was driving up Yangmingshan this morning. As a result, he collided with a car driven by an old man surnamed Huang who was going down the mountain on a road section. After the car accident, the front of Huang's car was severely damaged, but Chen was eager to reconcile with the other party. Even after the police arrived, he told the police that the reconciliation had been completed and no police intervention was needed. However, the police noticed that Chen's eyes were wandering and his expression was abnormal, and they suspected that he was driving under the influence of drugs. They then conducted a rapid drug saliva screening on him and found out that he was driving under the influence of drugs.

The Bei City Police Shilin Branch received a report at about 11 o'clock this morning. People claimed that a two-car collision occurred at Lane 25, Dongshan Road, Yangmingshan.

After the police arrived at the scene and investigated, they discovered that it was a man surnamed Chen who was driving a friend up the mountain for fun.
