Legislator Gao Jin Sumei's chief accountant Zhang Junjie broke his electronic bracelet and escaped on September 6 with the help of Chen Weida, a member of the Bamboo Alliance Pampers Association. The Taipei District Prosecutor's Office has so far arrested seven people and issued wanted warrants for Zhang and Chen. Chen Caixun and Chen Houzhang, who were arrested the night before and early yesterday morning, were sent to the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office for retrial yesterday afternoon. Among them, Chen's involvement in the case was minor, and the prosecutor ordered her to post a bail of NT$20,000. Chen Houzhang, who was responsible for handling Zhang Junjie in Kaohsiung, was detained without permission.

The prosecutor found that Zhang Junjie, with the help of Chen Weida, destroyed the electronic bracelet and fled separately from Taoyuan. Chen Weida, with the help of local gangster Pan Xinyi in Taichung, fled to the central and southern parts of Taichung; Zhang Junjie took Zhou Huan on board Kai's car traveled from Chiayi to Tainan and Kaohsiung, and then transferred to Chen Houzhang's vehicle, which arrived early yesterday morning. After meeting his contact person in Kaohsiung, Chen Junhan, he prepared to sneak across by sea. However, before arriving at the port, he found that it had been tightly blocked. The prosecutor first arrested Pan Xinyi's girlfriend Chen Caixun late the night before yesterday, and then arrested Chen Houzhang, the key figure in the connection between Tixiong and Chen, in the early hours of yesterday morning.

The Taipei District Court yesterday evening ruled that Pan Xinyi, who helped Chen Weida escape, should be detained. His female friend Chen Caixun was ordered to post a bail of NT$20,000 after a review by the prosecutor.

Chen Houzhang, who was also arrested and mentioned in the case, was deeply involved in the case. After the prosecutor resumed the interrogation, he applied to the court late last night for the crime of damaging public property and hiding criminals.

On the 14th, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office also formally issued a wanted order against Zhang Junjie and Chen Weida for the crime of damaging public property and the crime of escape. At the same time, it also requested the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to cancel Zhang Junjie's passport.
