DPP Taipei mayoral candidate Shen Boyang and Taipei Mayor Jiang Wanan both attended the "Fude Zhengshen Christmas Dinner" at Zhongzhuangzi Fudong Palace in Zhongshan District yesterday (26th) evening. Fudong Palace Chairman Lin Chunyu presented sugar cane to Shen Boyang and Jiang Wanan respectively. This is the most serious problem of the Taipei City Government today. Jiang Wanan cannot effectively control the city government and allows all bureaus to be in chaos.
