Democratic Progressive Party candidate for Hsinchu mayor Zhuang Jingcheng invited Foreign Minister Lin Jialong to Hsinchu for the second time tonight to join forces with the "Cheng Feng Motors Team" to sweep the streets. Lin Jialong affirmed Zhuang Jingcheng's idea of ​​the "Future City Education Fund" and hoped to combine the resources of bamboo enterprises and the city government to invest in teacher training and improve the teaching environment in the long term, so that the development results of the science and technology industry can be fed back to local education. Lin Jialong also revealed that he was not only Zhuang Jingcheng’s witness to his marriage, but also served as the chairman of Zhuang Jingcheng’s campaign headquarters when he ran for the Legislative Council in 2019.

Zhuang Jingcheng said that parents in Hsinchu City are very concerned about their children's education, especially in the Guanpu area, which faces difficulties such as insufficient school classes and inconvenient access to school. The international recognition of Taiwan's semiconductor industry is the result of long-term emphasis on education and talent cultivation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is currently promoting international exchange programs such as the Ten Billion Overseas Dream Plan for Youth, International Youth Ambassadors and Diplomatic Elites.
