It was not known whether there were any explosives in the apartment.

I can confirm that the bodies of all the people in the apartment showed signs of gunshot wounds. We are determining the circumstances surrounding the death of these three people. Our preliminary findings made during the inspection indicate that the deaths of these people could have occurred yesterday. Whether it is the morning or the night before yesterday is still to be determined - said Daniel Prokopowicz, spokesman for the Prosecutor's Office in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.

He added that the services did not receive any reports related to, for example, someone firing shots. No silencer was found last night and today.

I can confirm that we seized a significant amount of ammunition in the apartment, as well as seven firearms, which, together with the findings made in Krakow, amounts to 11 weapons for which both the attacker and his father had permits. All weapons units in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski have been secured for further examination. We need to determine whether all of them are those for which permits were issued and whether the weapons were acquired legally, the spokesman said.
