MOSCOW, September 17 - RIA Novosti. Russian units of the Center group, having improved their positions along the front line, destroyed more than 400 Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel, an armored combat vehicle and 12 vehicles in one day, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on Thursday.
