Jiang Tao, former deputy mayor of Jiamusi Municipal Government, Heilongjiang Province, was "double fired"

After investigation, Jiang Tao lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, was disloyal and dishonest to the party, and resisted organizational review; ignored the spirit of the eight central regulations, illegally accepted gifts and money, illegally borrowed management and service objects' garages, accepted banquets in violation of regulations many times, illegally equipped special cars, equipped and used office buildings beyond the standard; violated organizational principles, undermined the selection and employment system, ran for official positions, and sold positions to win titles; the bottom line of integrity Failure to do so involves obtaining large returns through private lending, using one's authority to seek personal gain for relatives, and engaging in profit-making activities in violation of regulations; colluding with illegal businessmen, taking advantage of the convenience of one's position and the convenient conditions created by one's authority or status, seeking benefits for others and accepting huge amounts of property in terms of job promotion, case handling, administrative approval, fund allocation, etc.; and giving property to state functionaries in order to seek improper benefits.

Jiang Tao seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline and integrity discipline, constituted a serious job violation and was suspected of accepting and offering bribes. He did not restrain himself or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This is serious in nature and has a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with relevant provisions such as the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China", the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Law on Administrative Punishments for Public Servants of the People's Republic of China, after study by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and submitted to the Provincial Party Committee for approval, it was decided to expel Jiang Tao from the party; the Provincial Supervisory Committee would give him the sanction of expulsion from public office; confiscate his illegal income; transfer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and transfer the property involved.
