Democratic Progressive Party legislator Lin Junxian established the "Beware of Fear Association" and served as the president. The Miaoli City Branch of the Beware of Fear Association held its founding meeting today (8th). Lin Junxian attended the ceremony and appointed Miaoli County Magistrate candidate Chen Pin'an as the honorary branch president and mayoral candidate Lin Yueqin as the branch president. He called on Miaoli folks to tighten the screws in the final stage of the election campaign, and called on Northern drifters to return to their hometowns to vote and unite to win the election.

In his speech, Lin Junxian said that the Kuomintang Taipei Mayor Chiang Wanan looked down on the Democratic Progressive Party, but after the rise of the "ocean current", Chiang Wanan was very nervous. The same goes for Miaoli. The opponents originally looked down on Chen Pin'an and Lin Yueqin, but now "we have caught up." Lin Junxian pointed out that especially in this election, turnout is the key. According to his understanding, there are nearly 200,000 Miaoli folks living in Beidiao. The Miaoli branch of the Beware of Fear Association held its founding meeting this afternoon at the Lin Yueqin Competition. Party county council candidates Xu Yingping, Xu Xiaojing, Chen Shixian and Miaoli citizen representative candidates Lan Tiankui, Tang Guohuan and others also attended. Lin Junxian was also certified as an honorary member.
