On the same day, the 24th China International Talent Exchange Conference (Hainan Branch) opened in Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City High-tech Zone. The conference closely follows the theme of "Gathering Intelligence in the Free Trade Port and Sharing New Opportunities", focusing on key industries such as the seed industry and tropical high-efficiency agriculture, deep-sea technology, and biomedicine, giving full play to the policy advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port, building a high-level international talent exchange and cooperation platform, and promoting the deep integration of the talent chain with the industrial chain and innovation chain.
The China International Talent Exchange Conference is a high-level platform to deepen international talent exchanges and promote accurate docking of supply and demand. This Hainan branch venue brought together more than 180 high-level experts from more than 50 countries and regions, held nearly 30 special docking sessions, and arranged on-site surveys in industrial parks and scientific research ships to promote the docking of international intellectual resources with local industry needs.

Six foreign experts won the award, including leading scientific research talents who are deeply involved in key industries and cutting-edge science and technology fields, and assisting in the research of key core technologies, as well as friendly envoys who are active in the front line of international communication, actively promote the Hainan Free Trade Port policy to the world, and promote the implementation of international cooperation projects.
The "Yedao Friendship Award" was established in 1999. It is the highest honor awarded by the Hainan Provincial Government to foreign experts who have made outstanding contributions to Hainan's economic and social development. In recent years, Hainan has continued to deepen the integrated innovation of the talent introduction system, implemented national and provincial-level foreign expert projects, and built comprehensive service platforms such as the "Foreign Experts Library" to create a talent development ecosystem that welcomes people from both near and far.
