CCTV news (News Broadcast): The weather is getting colder, and many places in the north have entered the winter heating season. Various places have taken the initiative to inquire about needs, optimize services, and take multiple measures to ensure that people stay warm during the winter.

Heilongjiang has fully started heating in winter. In Harbin, local heating equipment has been inspected and upgraded in advance, heating parameters have been dynamically adjusted, and operation and maintenance personnel have been arranged to be on duty 24 hours a day. In Baiyin, Gansu, the heating time has been advanced by half a month from November 1 in previous years. Previously, the heating department upgraded the existing heating platform and heat exchange station. Currently, more than 30 million square meters of heating area in the city have achieved stable heating. Starting from the 13th, many places in Jilin have started heating in advance, and have clarified the service goal of raising the minimum room temperature for residents from 20°C to 22°C during this year's heating period. Multiple measures have been taken to improve the quality and efficiency of heating to ensure that the room temperature reaches the standard and the people are satisfied.

If heating can be provided, it must be provided well, and technological assistance is the key. Jinan, Shandong Province promotes large-scale upgrading of heating facilities before heating. The city's 18 relay pump stations and more than 2,000 heat exchange stations have been replaced with AI intelligent systems to achieve unattended and AI autonomous inspections. From "heating based on weather" to "heating based on data", room temperature control is more accurate, heat energy is not wasted, and heating is more stable.

This year, heating services in various places have changed from "passively receiving complaints" to "actively asking for needs." Starting from this month, many cities have launched special household services. Northern Xinjiang will fully enter the heating season starting from the 15th. In Urumqi, the local government conducted early investigations on pipe network leaks and other problems that were reported by the public to ensure the smooth operation of the heating system. In Yining, this year we also focused on solving problems such as lack of heat at the heating terminals of some old residential areas and high losses in the pipe network.
