今天的《服贸探新》,来看新技术如何破解配送堵点,跑出产业发展新速度。

总台央视记者 金晓曦:这里是2026年服贸会运输和商务服务专题展。在今年的展馆里,我发现物流正在变得更聪明。仓储机器人能自己爬上货架取货,机器狗则驮着包裹在场馆里穿行。无人配送车没有驾驶室,也没有方向盘,它的“同事们”正跑在全国的城市乡村道路上。

记者跟随无人快递车在山间道路行驶一个多小时,车辆自主识别路况、避让障碍,一路平稳行进,最终抵达南雄市坪田镇老龙村。

南雄一共有200多个村,山多地远,快递员很难把快递送到每个村子里。以前老龙村的村民取快递得去镇上。而现在,无人车直接开进村,让大家生活方便了很多。

截至目前,两台投入南雄乡村运营的无人车,两个多月累计跑了60多趟,总里程接近2000公里。它不仅缩短了消费品进村的时间,也破解了山区农产品外运慢的痛点。当地产的李子、桃子实现当日打包、当日出村。下一步,无人配送还将向周边村落铺开。

无人配送破解了物流末梢的下沉难题,而在大型物流枢纽,海量包裹集中处理带来的运转压力,AI同样给出了解决方案。深夜,中国邮政广州邮区中心依旧灯火通明,这里日均处理邮件超700万件。由于包裹太多,堵包是困扰枢纽运行的老问题,每次都要停机处置,直接拉低分拣效率。

如今,一套智能管控系统为整条流水线装上数字化“红绿灯”。

中国邮政广州邮区中心运行维护中心负责人 汪磊:我们运用了大数据和AI智能模型的算法,实时监测到每个线体的压力指数和流量情况,对于压力过大的情况自动进行控流。每个班次设备拥堵的情况,从原来的十几次减少到现在的零次。

除了后台看不见的算法调度,具身智能机器人,也开始走上分拣一线。它们接手的,是过去重复性高、最熬人的包裹初步分拣工作。

总台央视记者 金晓曦:我刚才在分拣线上一共工作了3分钟,处理了52个包裹,相比机器人平均60个的数量还是稍微少了一些。作为新手,我发现这项工作还是有不少门道的。

门道藏在细碎的实操当中:包裹摆放稍有偏差就容易侧翻,异形件识别处置难度更大。和人力相比,机器人可以不间断作业,独立完成晚8时到凌晨5时全夜班作业。

目前,我国快递业务量已经连续12年世界第一,对全球快递增长的贡献率超过60%。今年上半年,全国快递业务量突破1000亿件的时间,比去年再提前9天。不久前,国家还出台《物流网建设实施方案》,把“人工智能+物流”写进国家方案。服贸会展台上的新技术新成果,正在越来越多成为百姓生活的“日常”,一张有速度、更有温度的智慧物流网,正在不断延伸。
