The factory mainly produces Walker S series and Cruzr series embodied intelligent industrial humanoid robots. According to the production design rhythm, one industrial humanoid robot can be rolled off the production line every 10 minutes, with an annual planned production capacity of over 10,000 units.

Entering this smart factory, the scenario of “making robots with robots” is becoming a reality. In the material supply process, the Cruzr series of embodied intelligent industrial humanoid robots participate in operations such as depalletizing, palletizing, loading, and transportation; in the final assembly process, collaborative robots, power-assisted manipulators, unmanned logistics vehicles, and assembly solutions for 360° rotating tooling tables are used in the final assembly process; the factory uses a digital "smart brain" system for unified scheduling, realizing automated management and control of the entire inbound and outbound process, and efficiently matching the annual production capacity turnover demand of 10,000 units.

Zhou Jian, founder of Shenzhen UBTECH Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as UBTECH), said that the factory will link Liuzhou City's manufacturing resources to promote continuous iteration and training of embodied intelligent humanoid robots in real workstations, and to accumulate valuable industrial scene embodied intelligent data. In 2025, its first industrial humanoid robot will roll off the production line at a Liuzhou car company, realizing the creation of "Liuzhou humanoid robots" and "Liuzhou cars".
