UBTECH has deployed humanoid robot production in Liuzhou, aiming to empower industrial manufacturing through embodied intelligence technology.
China News Service, Liuzhou, Guangxi, September 12th (Lin Xin) The commissioning ceremony of the Liuzhou Youbi Industrial Humanoid Robot Super Smart Factory was held on the 12th in Liuzhou City, Guangxi. Relying on the intelligent planning of the industrial simulation system and the global dispatching of the digital "intelligent brain", this project has become the first smart manufacturing factory in Guangxi to realize the closed-loop "making robots with robots".

The factory mainly produces Walker S series and Cruzr series embodied intelligent industrial humanoid robots. According to the production design rhythm, one industrial humanoid robot can be rolled off the production line every 10 minutes, with an annual planned production capacity of over 10,000 units.
Entering this smart factory, the scenario of “making robots with robots” is becoming a reality. In the material supply process, the Cruzr series of embodied intelligent industrial humanoid robots participate in operations such as depalletizing, palletizing, loading, and transportation; in the final assembly process, collaborative robots, power-assisted manipulators, unmanned logistics vehicles, and assembly solutions for 360° rotating tooling tables are used in the final assembly process; the factory uses a digital "smart brain" system for unified scheduling, realizing automated management and control of the entire inbound and outbound process, and efficiently matching the annual production capacity turnover demand of 10,000 units.
Zhou Jian, founder of Shenzhen UBTECH Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as UBTECH), said that the factory will link Liuzhou City's manufacturing resources to promote continuous iteration and training of embodied intelligent humanoid robots in real workstations, and to accumulate valuable industrial scene embodied intelligent data. At the same time, UBTECH is optimistic about Guangxi’s location advantages facing ASEAN, and is committed to cooperating with the local area to build an industrial ecosystem with technology adaptation, talent training, and scenario expansion, and create a humanoid robot innovation demonstration highland for ASEAN.

Over the past year, UBTECH has achieved a rapid transformation from the first unit to the production capacity of 10,000 units in Liuzhou. In 2025, its first industrial humanoid robot will roll off the production line at a Liuzhou car company, realizing the creation of "Liuzhou humanoid robots" and "Liuzhou cars". Zhang Zhuang, Secretary of the Liuzhou Municipal Party Committee, said that he looks forward to using this start-up as a new starting point to promote the application of humanoid robot technology in more industrial scenarios in Liuzhou, and to create a new highland for the intelligent robot industry based in Guangxi, serving the whole country, and radiating to ASEAN.

The "2026 Global Space Infrastructure Assessment" released at the 2026 China International Trade in Services Fair shows that the United States and China rank among the top two in the global space infrastructure assessment. The report covers 48 economies around the world, and evaluation indicators include survival, transportation, communications, energy systems, laws and regulations, etc.
During the 2026 Service Trade Fair, the Embodied Intelligent Training Center in Shijingshan District, Beijing, completed the first phase of upgrades. Located in Shougang Park, the center focuses on 4D Gaussian light field and world model technology, aiming to provide hardware and data base support for the embodied intelligence industry through high-precision data collection.
The 2026 China Computing Power Conference opened in Langfang, Hebei, and the country's first national computing power interconnection area (Hebei) node was officially launched. This node is implemented by China Mobile Hebei Company and will enhance the computing power hub function of Xiongan New Area and promote the cross-regional circulation and unified dispatch of computing power resources in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
On September 12, the 2026 China Computing Power Conference Xiongan Forum was held in Langfang. At the meeting, the Xiongan International Computing Power Integrated Dispatch Center was launched. The center consists of a dispatching platform and a large model service platform, aiming to build a national computing power hub through cross-domain computing power dispatching and large model aggregation services.

Wu Jinsong, a professor at Fudan University, said in Shanghai that brain-computer interface is a key port for the interaction between humans and artificial intelligence. He emphasized that industrial development should be oriented towards clinical issues and realize technology implementation through the intersection of medicine and engineering, and pointed out that in the future, neurotechnology ethics and safety governance need to be simultaneously strengthened.

According to the analysis of MIC, the AI data center competition has shifted from hardware to interconnection and system layers. As the scale expands, communication networks have become the key to releasing computing power. Taiwan's supply chain needs to shift from simply supplying hardware to developing integrated capabilities of "connecting computing power, adjusting computing power, and maintaining computing power" to seize the next stage of business opportunities.
