中新网上海9月12日电 (高志苗 李秋莹)“脑机接口本质上是人类智能跟未来人工智能的一个信息交互端口。”复旦大学教授、复旦大学附属华山医院神经外科副主任、上海市脑机接口临床试验与转化重点实验室主任吴劲松12日在2026年上海党外专家服务日主会场活动上接受中新网采访时如是说。

脑机接口,正从科幻走向现实。吴劲松说:“未来究竟是人类智慧控制人工智能,还是被人工智能所控制?这是一个非常深远的哲学问题。脑机接口技术长远的发展,是希望由人类的智慧作为本体,来控制整个人工智能技术。”

从近期看,脑机接口最主要的应用场景是医疗。偏瘫、失明、言语障碍、神经退行性疾病等都有望通过脑机接口实现功能重建。到了老龄社会以后,这种需求会变得更加广泛。

但脑机接口产业不是单一技术的突破,而是医工交叉、多学科融合的系统工程。吴劲松提出了一个关键判断:医工交叉,关键在“谁发球”。

“很多初创企业习惯以技术为先导,觉得技术有前景、能转化,就办企业去推广技术。但我认为更好的路径是问题驱动——找到临床场景,发现痛点,再由问题驱动技术突破和工程落地。”吴劲松说。

他以团队与曦涟科技的合作举例:临床需要电极同时覆盖中央前回腹侧部和额中回后部,实现声调音节双通路解码。企业根据这一需求,设计出大覆盖范围柔性皮层电极,满足临床手术需求。吴劲松说,这种交互让企业有的放矢地发展技术。

这种“临床提出问题—企业提供技术—国家实验室提供算法支持—上下游打通形成产品链路”的模式,正是上海脑机接口产业生态的缩影。上海拥有华山医院国家神经疾病医学中心等庞大临床资源,拥有临港实验室、浦江实验室、张江实验室等国家实验室,也拥有长三角制造业、金融业和人才资源的综合优势。“把医院、高校、企业、资本、国家实验室的上下游打通,捏起拳头,问题就能解决。”吴劲松说。

临床案例最能说明问题。吴劲松团队曾在术中及床旁采集患者脑电信号,通过编码模型建立解码算法,最终实现语音合成,覆盖418个音节,实时在线准确率达到70%左右。这项突破引起美国《科学》杂志官网专门报道。“十年前我在美国参加神经外科医师年会,听他们介绍脑机接口,很多技术细节完全听不懂。十年后的今天,无论硬件技术还是软件算法,我们已取得了长足的进步。”

展望未来,吴劲松给出几点预测:到2027年,我国将有大量产品进入临床试验,部分产品通过验证成为商品进入医疗市场;到2030年,中国在脑机接口技术方面将大大缩短与先进国家的距离。

伦理问题同样不可回避。“神经技术和神经数据的使用,现在看似无害,但未来随着人工智能技术发展,可能对个人思维隐私和自由意志保护产生重大挑战。”吴劲松特别提到,联合国教科文组织已就神经技术与神经数据伦理提出建议,强调未成年人保护。“未来要一手抓发展,一手抓伦理治理和安全治理。”
