走进该智慧工厂,“用机器人造机器人”的场景正成为现实。物料供给环节,Cruzr系列具身智能工业人形机器人参与拆垛、码垛、上料、搬运等作业;总装环节采用协作机器人、助力机械手、无人物流车及360°旋转工装台面的装配方案;该工厂通过数字化“智慧大脑”系统统一调度,实现出入库全流程自动化管控,高效匹配万台级年度产能周转需求。

深圳市优必选科技股份有限公司(下称“优必选”)创始人周剑表示,该工厂将联动柳州市制造业资源,推动具身智能人形机器人在真实工位持续迭代与实训,沉淀极具价值的工业场景具身智能数据。同时,优必选看好广西面向东盟的区位优势,致力与当地协同共建技术适配、人才共育、场景共拓的产业生态,打造面向东盟的人形机器人创新示范高地。

一年多来,优必选已在柳州实现从首台到万台产能的蝶变。2025年,其首台工业人形机器人在柳州车企下线,实现“柳产人形机器人”造“柳产车”。柳州市委书记张壮表示,期待以此次投产为新起点,推进人形机器人技术在柳州更多工业场景落地应用,打造立足广西服务全国、辐射东盟的智能机器人产业新高地。
