The unified written examination for the entire army is scheduled for December 13, 2026. Applicants can print their admission tickets through the Military Talent Network from 9:00 on December 7 to 14:00 on December 13, 2026. Recruitment targets
The recruitment targets for military civilian personnel are graduates of ordinary colleges and universities or social talents.
Among them: graduates from ordinary colleges and universities include fresh graduates and non-fresh graduates.
Fresh graduates refer to graduates who graduate in 2027 and obtain corresponding diplomas and degree certificates in that year;
Non-fresh graduates refer to ordinary college graduates in 2025 and 2026 who have not confirmed a job unit within the two-year job selection period from the date of graduation, and whose household registration, files, and organizational relationships are still retained in the original school of graduation, or retained in the graduate employment authorities at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies at all levels, and public employment service agencies at all levels.
The targeted recruitment candidates are the spouses and children of military martyrs and military personnel who died in the line of duty, the unmarried brothers and sisters of military martyrs, and the spouses of active military personnel.

physical condition
Must meet the standard conditions for the physical examination for the recruitment and employment of civilian personnel stipulated in the "Physical Examination Standards for the Selection of Military Officers and Civilian Personnel". Among them, the height standard generally follows the "Physical Examination Standards for Military Selection of Officers and Civilian Personnel". Employers can relax it appropriately according to the needs of civilian personnel selection, but the height standard must not be less than 160 cm for men and 155 cm for women.
age condition
Those who apply for management positions below level nine clerk or junior professional and technical positions must be over 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between November 1990 and November 2008);
Those who apply for eighth-level clerk, seventh-level clerk management positions or intermediate professional and technical positions must be over 18 years old and under 45 years old (born between November 1980 and November 2008).

The registration fee is 50 yuan for each subject. The registration is valid only if the payment is successful and the registration receipt is printed. Candidates who pass the preliminary qualification review can apply to adjust the registration position from 8:00 on November 13 to 18:00 on November 14. This is a limited window for error tolerance in job selection. After the adjustment window is closed, applicants who have not completed the adjustment will still retain the qualifications for the original registration position; but those who pass the review for the new position will be locked in the new position and shall not be adjusted again.
Note: The military civilian recruitment examination only publishes the examination syllabus, does not specify tutoring books, does not hold or entrust any organization to hold tutoring training courses; anyone who promotes teaching materials and courses in the name of military units or military personnel and promises to "guarantee" and "internal indicators" is suspected of fraud.
Pay attention to these things
1. Prerequisite for real-name and real-person authentication
The 2027 announcement and application guide are clear: After entering the registration system, applicants need to complete account registration and real-name authentication before they can check the position and register; when registering, scan the QR code through the "National Network Identity Authentication" App for real-name authentication. Photos must also be verified through the same App after uploading.
2. “Double Qualification” System
Starting from 2026, the Political Work Department of the Central Military Commission will determine the passing scores for public subjects and professional subjects based on the proportion of 90% of candidates taking the exam. For applicants who have reached the passing scores for both public subjects and professional subjects, the list of shortlisted candidates will be determined from high to low based on the written test scores.
If the test score of a single subject of public subjects or professional subjects is zero or if you are absent from the exam, your written test results will be invalid and you will not be included in the shortlist.
3. For cultural and sports positions, interview first and then written test
Applicants must first go to the employer to sign up for an interview according to the recruitment position plan and the application guide for cultural and sports employers issued by the entire military.
