As the only cultural exhibition registered and retained by the Ministry of Commerce in Xinjiang, this Kashgar Cultural Expo lasts for three days.

Nigati Niyazi, Deputy Secretary of the Kashgar Prefectural Committee and Commissioner of the Kashgar Administrative Office, said that this Kashgar Cultural Expo highlights industrialization and market orientation, builds a platform for supply and demand docking, and project signing, and injects new momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy. Kashgar will promote the facilitation of the export of cultural products, expand the channels for cultural and creative products to enter the Central and South Asian markets, cultivate cultural export brands, and promote the transformation of cultural resources into real productivity.

This year's Kashgar Cultural Expo has two major exhibition areas and 16 thematic sections, attracting more than 230 companies and more than 500 exhibitors. It also sets up an outdoor exhibition area for the first time to focus on displaying cultural tourism products, cultural tourism products from counterpart aid provinces and cities in Xinjiang, as well as cultural, technological and intangible cultural heritage innovation achievements.

In the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Handicraft Experience Area", experience projects such as pottery making and facial painting allow visitors to experience the connotation and charm of traditional Chinese culture in practice.
