Two entrances to a house damaged during a UAV attack in Nizhnekamsk have been declared suitable

Two entrances of a residential building damaged during a UAV attack in Nizhnekamsk are suitable for living, 57 people have already returned to their apartments, Nizhnekamsk Mayor Radmir Belyaev said.

Nizhnekamsk was attacked by enemy UAVs on Sunday morning, the press service of the head of Tatarstan reported. Two people died and 14 were injured. Industrial and civilian facilities were damaged, and a fire broke out at one enterprise. The Russian Investigative Committee opened a case of terrorist attack.

“There are 101 registered owners in the building. After the inspection, specialists have already allowed 57 owners to return to their apartments. Our house has four entrances, two entrances are suitable for permanent residence. Yesterday we returned 57 people to their own apartments,” Belyaev said at a meeting at the mayor’s office.

Another 41 people, according to the mayor, are now staying with relatives; these are residents of the first and second entrances, where restoration work is required.

“Two people were temporarily placed in Kamsky Artek (children’s camp - ed.) the day before, and today the third person is moving into Kamsky Artek,” he added.
