After investigation, Bin Junyi has lost his ideals and beliefs, has a weak sense of discipline and law, and resists organizational review; violates organizational principles and uses his authority to seek personnel benefits for others; is dishonest as an official, accepts gifts in violation of regulations, and engages in profit-making activities in violation of regulations; has no personal ethics; is greedy and takes advantage of the convenience of his position and the convenience conditions created by his authority or status to seek benefits for others and accept property in extremely huge amounts.

Bin Junyi seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline and life discipline, which constituted a serious job violation and was suspected of bribery. He did not restrain himself or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This is of a bad nature and serious circumstances and should be dealt with seriously.
