Germany releases another gold medal at the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships

German Daria Varfolomeev won the second gold medal at the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Frankfurt, after winning the overall individual title. German Amanal Petros also achieved the men's marathon record at the European Championships.

Details of winning in rhythmic gymnastics: Daria Varfolomeev, 19 years old, scored 30.350 points during her ball show, which was characterized by a high degree of difficulty, amid warm applause from the crowd. Russian Sofia Eltiriakova came in second place with 29,800 points, while her compatriot Maria Borisova came in third place with 29,150 points.

In a marathon: Amanal Petros recorded a time of 2 hours, 9 minutes and 11 seconds, seven seconds ahead of Italian Pietro Riva. The team gold went to Israel.

Petros preparation details: Petros chose one of his best tactical plans, when he decided to move away from his competitors in the distance between kilometers 25 and 30, stressing that his decision to move was correct despite the difficulty of the road.
