全家董事會也通過斥資約7.46億元，收購日本伊藤忠商事、日本FamilyMart及日本NIPPON ACCESS手上持有的全台物流48.265%股權，交易完成後，全家對全台物流持股比重將由51.735%提高至100%，成為全家全資子公司，強化供應鏈營運效能。
