李玉玲介绍，青海大学畜牧兽医科学院冬虫夏草研究室深耕野生冬虫夏草研究近50年，持续开展系统科研攻关，获得多项阶段性成果。

在基础机理研究上，研究室科研人员借助多组学技术解析冬虫夏草活性物质形成规律，证实高海拔地区独特的土壤与气候条件，更利于野生冬虫夏草脂类物质累积，提升其抗氧化活性。

样本研究显示，储藏三年以上的冬虫夏草有效物质含量处于较高水平；冷冻干燥工艺可最大程度保留冬虫夏草多糖、蛋白、脂类等活性成分及其抗氧化活性。
